2. What to include in your message
To help us understand and reproduce an issue, please include:
- MediaOrganizer version (from the About window).
- macOS version (for example, macOS 15.0).
- A short description of what you were doing when the issue happened (Source and Destination type, single or batch processing, etc.).
- Steps to reproduce the problem, if possible.
- Screenshots of the app window and any error messages, if relevant.
3. Log files (optional)
MediaOrganizer can produce internal logs to help diagnose technical issues. These logs are intended for troubleshooting only and do not contain your photos or videos.
If we ask you to send logs:
- Follow the instructions we provide in the support reply.
- Review the file before sending and only share it if you are comfortable with the information it contains.
4. Feature requests
We welcome suggestions for improvements and new features. When sending a feature request, please describe:
- The problem or workflow you are trying to improve.
- How you currently solve it today.
- How MediaOrganizer could help you do it faster or more clearly.
5. Response time
Bright Foundry is an independent studio. We aim to respond to support requests as soon as possible, typically within a few working days.
